How to fix the stupid notification glitch

So there is this thing that happens when you reload the page it shows that you have unread alerts and then quickly disappears.

Its one of the most annoying things to deal with on this forum but I found a solution.

Click Alerts>Show all>Mark read

Very easy to do and it fixes this annoyance

its not glitch its your level, the more notification u get the higher it is. it has 24 h timespan
