How to fix theses weirds lines on the neck

So basically i have theses weird line on my neck and idk how to fix it so if u have tips lmk ty

Looks like they're caused because of your skin folding, but you don't seem fat, which means you're probably looking downwards too much (usually at your phone). Just avoid looking downwards for too long and it'll go away in a few days
