I have an average symmetry on my face but my left eye have higher upper eyelid exposure causing it have a different look, I only notice it while taking a selfie, but it's still annoying

I don't know how old you are but if you're a teenager just wait Puberty will eventually develop your face
(Fix Features around the eyes "example: eyebrows")

I am 17, idk if puberty still have a big role honestly, I tried to check my orbital bones and found they are pretty much similar, same for my cheekbones, so the only conclusion for now is muscle imbalance,

maybe it’s ptosis, properly from genetics if you’re still in puberty. But if you only notice it when taking a selfie it doesn’t fucking matter

used to have this because I was a side sleeper, do you sleep on your side by any chance? by having the sides of your face smushed into your pillow your eyelids can become more droopy and skin becomes worse and makes you look asymmetrical. backsleeping fixed it for me.

I was side sleeper for my whole life and didn't notice it except for the last 5 months,
I tried to see photos of me 2y ago and I found it good, my problem is skin, skin on my eyelid of the right eye is more droopy

Not only camera, because I saw photos and videos of me from months to 2y ago and I didn't have this problem and my bones are equal so its probably ptosis

i have the exact same thing on my right eye and when i looked at old photos i could see it to but it goes away when i open my eyes properly. Also asymmetry is less important than harmony in face
