How to fix this jaw

My jaw is rounded and narrow and i have a short, inwards-rotated ramus, is it possible to fix the shape to make it look like in the morphs or at least similar?

i'm only worried about the implants making me look bloated because i've seen it happen to a lot of people. i've heard fillers are better for angularity but i doubt i can get this much projection.

to get decent result with fillers can be done with huge amount of fillers and that doesn't looks safe in long run.
i think bloated looking face does happen to people with recession.
I'm not an expert but look at the decent results and uncanny results and decide yourself.

Happens if you have high BF% too, most of those who had bloated implants didn't even leanmaxx before getting them. And depends on the surgeon too.
Leanmaxx at -15%, and find the best plastic surgeon and you should be good.

At least the good news, is that you can still be saved.

Try chewing gum and hard foods. If that doesn’t work then implants.

What you describe as an "inwards-rotated ramus" is due to your gonion not being wide enough and your gonial angle being average. Gonion implants would be good you don't need double jaw.

For now, chewing might help with the width you need. Every time you eat, make sure to clench at the end of each "repetition" making sure your masseter muscle goes through a decent range of motion and contraction. Don't just chew passively. In addition, chew some gum a few times.

DO NOT OVERDO IT WITH CHEWING. Just three (iirc) extra hours of hard chewing in addition to your normal eating puts you at risk for temporomandibular joint issues.

It entirely depends on what needs to be done, just like how retardedcels here say "CCW is always better than CW rotation", when they are uneducated on the subject matter. They serve different purposes. Think about where the cut is made during jaw surgery. IT WON"T AFFECT HIS GONION OR RAMUS.
