i saw that hgh converts t4 to t3 which i guess means the real risk is t4 going low. so should i take t4 pills if i start seeing symptoms of an imbalance in thyroid? what can i do abt TSH being lower aswell? and what can i do abt the Cartilage thickening in the joints and the Long‑term joint degeneration and joint stiffness.

If you have low t4 than take t4. Its prolly not a good idea to take t4 if you don't need it tho. Regarding joints, it benefits the joints for the vast majority of people. And if you do get joint pain its usually swelling that resolves once you hop off. I wouldn't worry about long-term joint issues unless you plan on running for multiple years.

i heard taking t4 could make shit worse because the hgh will just convert that t4 to even more t3 and fuck everything up, you sure t4 is safe to taking whilst on hgh? and how much t4

just saw ur edited version, how do i know if i have low t4 without blood test? and if i ever take blood tests would i have to ask for smth special/specific to see that panel?

you can't fix your thyroid other than being healthy. most of it is genetic based.

you'll be fine
stop overthinking its only HGH

Essentially impossible. Anecdotally, it would result in lethargy, feeling cold more often, and the like.

You can order a thyroid panel, which usually includes free and total T4. If your doctor ordered it you would still be able to see it.

Having a normal physiologic level of t4 would not cause more conversion than when you started. As for dosage, approximately 1 mcg/kg would be a good starting point. Again, do not take t4 unless your t4 is low tho.
