well first of all how do I diagnose it? like I have been feeling my left side jaw clicking and hurting a bit but not sure if it's tmj let's suppose it's tmj then how do I fix it?

yeah I would do that once i have enough money, but rn I was looking for some exercises to at least relax the muscles

search up massater massages, maybe do some mag chloride on your neck.

actually you can track what feels good for your joint. i have tmj for like 3 years and i sometimes pull down my joint to get it relaxed. you have to understand if its muscle or joint related first, if you dont gave a malocclusion its probably massater issue

Yeah i assume. Mine is malocclusion related, and since i didnt get my bite fixed it isnt fully fixed yet. But with good mandible posture and mewing you can ease the symptoms to zero.
