don't know a whole lot about eyes tbh but just looking at the anatomy I don't think fillers would improve it a whole lot

I got half a syringe under each eye recently and it only helped the hollowness. It gave more volume to the area which helped and I would do it again, but the dark circles and darkness is still there. It’s my biggest flaw. I’ll keep using filler and concealer for now but my next step is a fat transfer.

This is a result of fat accumulation under skin and you should try to lower you bf first.
