I've noticed sometimes ive a pretty decent eye area but sometime it's looks sub4. What can I do to maintain straight symmetrical hooding? Brutal picture so yall can understand it.

Looks like you're not controlling or relaxing your frontalis equally/correctly. Its the muscles on your forehead that control your eyebrows and your hooding. The picture also seems a bit crooked.

Could try to get better mind-muscle connection there to control them better, or one side is just more relaxed or stiffer than the other for that day, can happen for numerous reasons, eg sleeping on your side.

I've actually found out that this shi on my ,,hooded eye" is a droopy eye lid and not negative hooding, if you have negative hooding you need def Collagen. For my droopy sub5 eye lid wich I finally fixed I used a method I saw a stacy teaching it.
You place your fingers like the picture making a V under you lateral and medial canthus. Than you look with your eyes left and right. 5×30reps helped me after a week.
