How to fix uneven neck muscles?

The muscles on the right side of my neck is much smaller than the ones on my right, and it looks cucked as fuck.

What exercises can I do to build the left side and even out the neck?

you're just not looking straight properly, look at your ears while you look in the mirror and they should be even

Ive tried that. They arent even. I can also touch the feels and physically feel that my left is far thinner and smaller than my right. I'm not sure how this has happened
