How to fix wisdom tooth shit

I have 6 wisdoom tooth, 2 up each side and one on the bottom. Brutal

The upper ones have been ACHING for weeks and I don’t wanna get them pulled since I’m not tryna be a recessed nerd

Anything I can do to either let them grow out painfree or something with my dentist to leave them in but prevent it from hurting.

getting them pulled won't cause recession because they don't support your jaw structure. leaving them in to ache just risks infection and tooth rot. get them out and chew hard food once you heal.
