For the past 2 years, my social skills became absolutely dogshit and I’ve been unable to spark any sort of meaningful connection with people around me. Sitting alone in class, eating by myself in the school cafeteria, no going out etc.. It affected my mental health horribly and I’ve went from confident extrovert to extremely introverted social retard (the path many share with me on this forum)

The BEST way to practice and master REAL conversations with REAL people
CHAT ROULETTES seem to be the best way to fix your social anxiety and awkwardness. Imagine being able to talk to hundreds of strangers a day, do hundreds of cold approaches, all without the negative social repercussions such as humilation, embarrassment or the worst of them all: rejection.
Talking to strangers hundreds of miles away significantly reduces those negative situations and feelings, simply because you’re not really there.
At ANY given moment you can skip the stranger and NOBODY will even know about what happened. Even IF you humiliate or embarrass yourself, the opinion of a random person 500 miles away simply doesn’t matter nor it wont affect you. Especially considering the fact that everybody on these chats often sees and talks to hundreds of people. Anything you do will be forgotten quickly.
I cannot come up with a SINGLE drawback to this method. Sure, if you spent last 2 years rotting in your moms basement and barely talked to anyone it WILL be awkward at the beginning. It will feel anxious, but in the long run it could completely change your life for better.
This is simple exposure therapy, a well known and studied topic in psychology. Over time, the anxiety will DISAPPEAR, you will get more confident, charismatic and the online social skills WILL transfer to irl.
You have to forget about your looks and anything blackpill related. Put in this process as little thought as possible. Do not worry about the way you look as it simply doesn’t matter in this case. Just launch the website and talk to people.

Mastering your texting game
Texting game is undeniably crucial in modern day and age. Nearly entire dating market revolves around some sort of social media.
To improve your texting game, you would need to follow a similar approach.
Imo it would be the best and most effective if the girl you’re texting DIDN’T know what you look like and who you are. This is because there will be little to no bias involved and she will purely judge based on your texting game which will reflect in her messages.
This is probably the easiest exercise as you stay anonymous and there’s little to no anxiety involved (if you get anxious while texting strangers it’s probably already over).
The easiest way to becoming WAY more attractive quickly
…is taking AMAZING pictures. This shit is so heavily underrated but it can raise your perceived PSL by 2-3 points. If you’re below chadlite and aren’t already taking a SHIT TON of pictures a day, figuring out your best angles, exercising poses etc., what are you doing?
Over 50% of couples meet ONLINE. Your instagram profile is your real life portfolio and one of the most important aspects of modern social life. This is how girls figure out if you aren’t going to rape and kill them on your first date, this is how they check if you are a loser incel weirdo or a slayer with a broad social circle. You must learn how to take high quality pictures ASAP and learn how to fraud for even better appeal (might make a thread on it, once I get good at it).
Your favorite model, actor, celebrity takes HUNDREDS of pictures before they find the one they’ll post on instagram. Everybody has bad angles and poor ability to take photos will make Chico seem subhuman.
The best way to get better at it simply taking A LOT of pictures. Take 100 pictures a day, try multiple poses and places and at the end of the day go over the pictures and delete 95% of them leaving only the best. Obviously learn what made those 5% better and watch YouTube tutorials to further better yourself.
There is a lot more to add on top of that but I decided to include the simplest and most effective methods that will help. They won’t require much discipline and low inhibition (except maybe the video chats at the beginning) and will help you to become more NT irl and move on to more difficult steps.
