Long hair usually helps to suit a longer more narrow face. HorsecelPsycho usually sticks with longer cuts that help to suit his face shape.

If you want to actually obtain a wider face than your only option is surgery. Your options being filler (which I don't recommend for being temporary) or implants that are placed laterally and not anteriorly.

Two of these are FFS (facial feminisation surgery) so ignore the things like raised and feminised brow ridges and focus on the increase in facial width through implants.
