Frauding being a good employee is essential af if you don’t wanna get fired and wanna get paid more for doing absolutely nothing so here’s some tips I used to work my way up from 12 a hour to 19 a hour doing literally nothing but being on my phone all shift
1. Don’t directly brag about accomplishments
Don’t be like “I just did all my tasks on time”right to the managers face they will think ur larping being productive and trying too hard. Tryhard don’t get promoted (unless chad). Be like “we knocked that out pretty quick”. “It was pretty hard but we got it figured out”.
Always sound humble and don’t drag others down
people who knock others down and blame everyone for everything just seem inauthentic and usually get fired pretty quick (my coworker)
2. Work when seen
Seems pretty obvious but remember work is not about actually being productive it’s about larping and then working when seen.
Always know where the manager is. If they’re away then just be in the bathroom and chill while watching rehab room video. Know what times they come in and times they leave.
For example on weekend my manager is never there so I’m pretty much just blasting music and watching videos the whole day, same thing when she leaves in the evening I do basically nothing but scroll on TikTok
Literally just do bare minimum to where the manager notices and you don’t lose ur job
3. Fraud being nt
Be friendly with random people, make friends with coworkers, talk to customers
99% of jobs are mainly just interpersonal skills not rlly work. Being able to communicate with customers, and other coworkers is rlly all you need if you wanna level up in the job market
ive learned this the hard way at my last job. Put in more effort than literally everyone else and did so much but ended up getting fired once the manager realized I’m a introvert and don’t like talking to people, person who I worked with who does literally nothing is still there to this day
And you don’t even need to be truly nt you can easily just larp it (I do it all the time)
- pretend to care about peoples feelings and opinions
- talk about normie shit like football games and sports betting whe in doubt just talk about the weather or a random shooting
- learn tonality. Sometimes you can larp as being extroverted and funny just by ur tone of voice. Don’t talk overly weird or squeaky or fast as that’s just a sign of a incel. Over time you’ll learn how to master tonality and be a extrovert frauding god
4. Suck up the manager (with iq)
Don’t just obviously be blatant with the meat riding or they’ll know ur larping but obviously make the manager feel good. Ask how they are today ask if they need help with stuff (hopefully they say no jfl), say hello to them every morning, etc etc.
