Im bulking rn so im high bf, i wonna text this foid but i look so bloated is there any way to fraud or edit thr pic to look leaner or better overall?

I started this bulk a long time before i knew that, i wasnt gonna stop bulking bc i found this out bc i had no muscle.

Hes talking about a whole food only lean bulk. Although yes you can even get abit of fat on a lean bulk if you do it long enough.

a 100kcal surplus is enough to build muscle. It would take you 6 months of bulking to gain 5 pounds of fat. You're not supposed to get fat

You could hold the camera high enough to hide face fat if you are not too fat.

You should not be "high body fat" from bulking. Your energy surplus is likely too high. The ideal body fat percentage is between 8 to percent at maintenance. Your bulk is done if you get to 15 percent body fat and above.

Your surplus for minimal body fat percentage gain should be between 200 up to 300 kilocalories over maintenance. Do not exceed 300 kilocalories over maintenance per day.
