I had a complete shit sleep woke up a lot and my breathing was mid so I think I’ll be good but I ac have sleep issues tho

Bro thats crazy thats literally what i plan to do. I did my research and if you drink enough alcohol your body relaxes and the tongue and everything in your mouth causing the airway to close. Thats 40-60% worse sleep. If you want to make sure take numbing drugs. And dont sleep for atleast a day
