1. You put braces around your theeth. The purpose this serves is to symetricalize your theeth.

2. find a way to do the similar thing with the entire fucking skull tjhe purpose this serves is it symetricalizes your entire fucking face.

3. CCW rotate the purpose is to make your face more straight and forward growth it also shortens your face which is good.

4 Know that your entire skull is rotated ccw including your cranial base you next need to do lefort 4 for the midface and temple and chin. This solves the issues of a lacking mid face or a recessed face.

5 Know that your entire is rotated upwards and moved forwards you should know have a chad skull tbqh.

If you could get a surgery like this you could become chad the difference between chad and incel is not skull but rather rotations and positioning.

Braces serve the purpose of straightening the theeth i was using that as an analogy for a way to do it to the entire face
 
can't you just ascend chemically though
afaik you can achieve some pretty solid bone/skull gains from hopping on hgh and t for some time
to me It sounds more feasible than having your face busted open, and your bones broken and rearranged
at the end of they day forward growth isn't that important as long as you have a thich skull with big bones (unless your midface/jaw is utterly deformed)
i might be wrong on this tho
 
having seen your pics, honestly you would probably be fine with something like a High Lefort I, Maxillary Impaction with CCW Rotation, BSSO, Chin reduction, and then implants for wherever else you’d still need more projection (you seem to want more in the brow ridge so there’s a good spot).

The crazy thing is if you just quit rotting in this forum, and actually did something like sign up for a programming school like Lamdba, within about a year you could probably get a good job that would help you finance all the osteotomies with a maxillofacial surgeon like Andreischev, and then get custom PEEK (or whatever material you want) implants elsewhere.

But the chances of you doing any of this, just based on who you are, as a person, seem slim enough to bet against. You are more likely to rot away in this forum than get anything that would satisfy you done, OP.

Yes I know, he also likely needs rhino and other soft tissue things done, but I was mainly addressing what he needs for his dreamed “cranial base”

Even if you could how would you get this actually i know how actively try and increase A.I deep learning that way we can build god like minds that can do surgeries like this
