How can i really debloat,i live in a country where i dont really have coconutwater,but many bananas for potassium. How should i manage my diet to debloat?

90% chance ur either fat or just have a lot of fat pad storage in your face due to age. but ideally, just consume a 1:2.5 Na/K ratio

Yeah OP is probably just fat, unless he’s 10% body fat with terrible fat distribution
