Sry, you either GET it or you don't.

I do it on autopilot, never was Chad or anything. Usually, i just confidently talk to people, and state my opinions very straight. I do not care if they hate me after it. I like to make jokes and in general show pro-activity in conversations/interactions. Other people like "organizers"/active people, because everyone is lazy/too shy themselves.

At the end of the day no youtube video or book is going to teach you how to be charismatic, but social skills r great because its something you can develop on greatly through PRACTICE
So go outside and say hi to random people, even in passing, it will build up your confidence and eventually allow you to be your true self around other people (which is where your natural charisma will come in)

Yes, this is it, whenever someone is mentioned as charismatic, it's always someone famous, rich or good looking, you never hear about some random nobody having charisma, even if he's an incredibly friendly, kind and witty person.
The charisma of these high-status persons also seems to be related more to the fact that they act simply normal, treat everyone equally, aren't assholes and don't act entitled, not that they say or act in an incredible manner. Basically, if you're rich and famous and don't act like an asshole, many people will think you're amazingly charismatic.

But being good with words and being able to hit people in their emotions is probably what they all have in common. Whether it’s to tell a funny joke or to inspire people to jump into a fiery pit of snakes. True charisma is being able to hit people where they are most emotionally vulnerable.

There are many ways to go about this. But in general you would need to understand social cues and being able to read the room. This should come naturally if you’re not on the spectrum. That’s all you need to do just to be social tbh. From then on it’s just experience.
