How to gain fast with a super fast metabolism

Eating 3500 -4000 kalories (healthy!) daily. With muscle training.

Gaining very slow and just muscle but no mass (legs look very thin)

Any tips?
 
You're not eating 3500 - 4000 calories unless you're 7'. Train legs.

I am. Mostly it is 3,5k, just sometimes 4k

no such thing as super fast metabolism. its a cope parents tell their children so they dont get worried. if you want to crash your metabolism eat 2000 calories or less per day for a month or two then start eating 3500 again.

fatty meat 200-400g - 200-500 calories
butter 50-70g - 350-400 calories
dark choc 60g - 300 calories
olive oil - 30ml- 250calories
4 eggs with fat - 400 calories
2 avocados - 250 calories
oatmeal 100g with milk and casein - 550 calories
nuts 30g - 200 calories
honey 30g - 100 calories
coconut oil 30g - 200 calories
whey shake - 300 calories

Thats like a typicall training day, maybe I forgot something

youre miscounting 100%. im not going to check each one individually but i know that an egg has around 70 kcal. check each item individually after it has been cooked as they lose nutritional value when they get heated up.

yeah thats why I typed eggs with fat. I use much fat so that counts too

is it bad for ur metabolism bro tryna lose some bloat atm
unless you waterfast for more than 2-3 days i dont see how it can affect metabolism. however idk how effective it is against bloating

yeah youll lose a lot of weight while waterfasting. if youre working out it might not be the best idea to do this.

Wait till your older, it becomes easier to gain weight.
