Just do something weird, but do it consistently over and over and have a reputation of doing that strange thing. And hold frame while doing it so that people literally eventually like having you around because it's funny rather than thinking you are just an idiot.

Not sure if this tactic works irl but if you have a reputation of being an entertaining figure, it sort of gives people a reason to like having you around. If you are just like everyone else and change moods depending on the day, it's a little more boring than always being predictable.
