How to gain weight easily/relatively quick (fast metabolism)?

Im too low bf rn and I kinda need to hide my jaw asymmetry (let me cope). The problem is that I've got a crazy fast metabolism, I'm not even that active atm regarding gym or sports. I've been eating a lot but I just can't gain any. Specific tips?

fast metabolism is a big cope most of the time. If you can't gain weight, you don't eat enough.

milk oats bananas peanut butter and olive oil ( very very easy calories ) put in sm protein powder or mass gainers and potentially yogurt or icecream, you could replace the bananas wtver fruit you like

Dawg ur not the flash, ur not defying thermodynamics, you don’t have fast metabolism, that’s a myth, you simply need to eat more, specifically proteins,carbs and fats in moderation if you want to gain weight

eat more
 
The more active you become the better. Fast metabolisms thrive under people who aren’t active. From experience, the only time I’ve seen significant growth (gym setting for me) is when I’ve tracked my macros and micros. Eat ~300kcal above maintenance and you should gain weight
