How to gain weight for a super skinny guy?

I’m 15 and my bmi is 15.8. I started eating 3000 calories per day and i only gained 1 kg in 2 weeks
 
carbs

just eat a bunch of semi-healthy semi-unhealthy carb loaded foods. reason most ppl give up bulk is because eating becomes a chore. fuck that just allow urself to eat goyslop partially or just tasty carb food and partially healthy food

pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes, pancakes, bagels

don't do this if ur prone to getting skinny fat otherwise u will just end up with a pregnant belly - for that u need to be more careful with bulk

My diet is really healthy i eat a lot of healthy carbs like fruits and rice. Here’s what i eat in a day

Yeah bro my face started to look a little chubby but idc i just wanna gain weight
I also im gaining weight but i use hctz 50 mg a week helps a lil with bloat

If you eat at a 500 calorie surplus you'll gain 1lb/ 450g of fat per week so your results are normal, it usaly takes some time to gain decent weight
