just eat a bunch of semi-healthy semi-unhealthy carb loaded foods. reason most ppl give up bulk is because eating becomes a chore. fuck that just allow urself to eat goyslop partially or just tasty carb food and partially healthy food

don't do this if ur prone to getting skinny fat otherwise u will just end up with a pregnant belly - for that u need to be more careful with bulk

Why only fat? I’m gonna also gain some muscle no?If you eat at a 500 calorie surplus you'll gain 1lb/ 450g of fat per week so your results are normal, it usaly takes some time to gain decent weight
