Here’s everything I did to go from picture 1 to picture 2 in just 1 year.
Diet - you don’t need to starve yourself, I actually achieved that look while on a bulk but you need to cut out salt completely and double your water intake. Salt makes your face retain water so even if you’re a literal skeleton you won’t have hollow cheeks or defined features.
Bonesmashing - smash your zygos and gonial bones as much as possible. Make your face bruise from the smashing. DO NOT SMASH YOUR ORBITALS!!!
Mewwing - yeah it works, do it. Also tape your mouth shut at night and blow your nose as much as you can to prevent just fucking dying in your sleep. Never breath though your mouth again.
Thumb pulling - every day for 10 minutes straight, and if you’re asymmetrical then throw an extra minute onto the weaker side of your face.
Lymph draining - this is gonna sound stupid but every morning, jump up and down as high as you can for as long as your legs will allow you. After you hit failure, immediately grab your gua sha (or just use your fingers) and trace from the side of your nose out to your cheekbones and down past the gonial bones and down your neck into your collar bones. Repeat that tracing motion 20 times.
Ice - ice under your eyes, and your entire lower face. DONT ICE ABOVE EYES, IT WILL INCREASE UEE.
Skincare - cerave foaming cleanser, followed by a moisturizer of your choice, and the same process in the evening but with retinol serum across face. If you have acne, do not pop them, use a special cream with hyaluronic acid to get rid of acne, and apply small amounts of Vaseline across face to cover pores so you can safely touch your face without filling pores with dirt. Give yourself a designated day of the week to squeeze out all sebaceous fluid from your pores, the designated day is because you will be a bit red and bloated that day so it’s best not to go out anywhere that day.
Hair - your best choice if you have straight hair is going for something similar to zeta’s haircut (@zeta.psl on TikTok), otherwise find something good for your face shape that doesn’t cover your face, but also doesn’t show your hairline. Never get a side part. Try to get a darker hair colour as this is a more masculine feature.
For your eyebrows, if they aren’t the same colour as your hair, dye them asap. Be sure that your eyebrows are symmetrical and well groomed. Get rid of your unibrow if you have one.
Facial muscles - if you’re asymmetrical, train the weaker side until you’re almost symmetrical, then train both sides. For the masseter muscle just chew bottle caps, and for cheek muscles just squint eyes over and over until they’re sore.
Height - jump up and down as mentioned in the lymph draining section, and drink 1 cup or more of milk a day. Simple as that.
