Tattoo then, stick and poke if you cant find access. Also as far as I know makeup is hard to remove without a makeup wipe.

Stick and pike means? I will experiment with the eyeliner first but it’s gonna be awkward if it gets smudged

Homemade/DIY tattoo. Look it up. It might not be a good option though as they fade faster than actual tattoos done by a machine. A lot of teens and kids do them.

How much of halo it is? What eyeliner do you recommend for that which can only be removed by makeup remover?

Id assume get a waterproof eyeliner. It could be a halo if you have them all over your face, otherwise one beauty mark near your mouth isnt much of one. I have one near my mouth and no woman has ever pointed it out, i dont think it makes me more attractive.
