you can't really

it's not that important try to focus of more important traits like jaw width etc..

1st thing, there is a lot of confusion betwen fwhr and midface ratio.

You already have a great midface ratio, but u may have a low fwhr.

I have a 1.0 midface ratio 75mm x 75mm and its not compact.
Also u will not have surgeries

My fwhr is between 1.92 and 1.95, ipd 70mm and midface 65mm
