best way is to get a decent hairstyle that makes your forehead look smaller i dont think there is any other way thats actually good

That might just be a maturing hairline, but maybe look into some treatment if you feel your hair continues receding.
Realistically, the easiest solution is a haircut that covers/masks your forehead slightly.
Otherwise, you could probably get a hair transplant (likely something to consider later down the line if you can't find an easier fix), to fix your hairline if it gets worse.

I think they literally just cut your head open and move your hairline down to decrease your forehead. But IIRC, it can leave a bad scar if they botch it

You can get a forehead reduction they can do up to 3 cm you might have a visible scar depends on your skin tone if you do then just get a hair transplant along the scar to cover it up and make your hairline full
