Dental malocclusion, because palate too narrow, and teeth not straight and that of the bottom a little too back

I had the wisdom teeth removes and there I have hooks at the bottom of the mouth connect by elastics to my bottom teeth, and I had a palate expander too

I want a surgery for my weak chin and jaw
I saw her friday, Im gonna tel her
This bitch pulling my bottom teeth and I have already a week chin

Gonna kill her if she do anything that ruin more my face
