How to get and use DHT gel?

Any reliable sources for DHT gel? If anyone who has actually used it can share changes/side effects too that would be useful. Dosages, areas where it can be used, etc. will be helpful. Norwooding doesn’t run in my family so I think it’s okay to use it. I’m a smallpeniscel I really need it. I have no idea how I’m going to get it without my parents’ knowledge though.
