Im 15 around 205lbs 6'1 can do like 10-15 chinups and like 30&35 pushups

spam bicep curls and skullcrushers bro. remember to destory ur shoulders with a fuck load of lateral raises to build ur frame too (better shoulder to waist ratio). also js pin 500mg bro :lul: easy fix (mark as solution)
