Perfect way to get more volume in your lips while also having them be brighter is harsh exfoliation with a toothbrush or exfoliation brush. It will cause inflammation on the lips while also scrubbing away dead skin, causing them to be more plump as well as shinier/smoother. If you do it hard enough, you can slightly chap your lips for a deeper red tone
