How to get black outline around eyes

I know it has to do with lashes being longer and thicker with some mascara if needed but I've been lash maxing for a month and a half and it doesn't seem to be coming out and giving me more striking eyes. Is the answer just more time needed for the chemicals to grow my lashes or try something like lattise ?

What's your lash maxing routine? Only things that work are oral minox and latisse which will nuke your orbial fat. Minox not recommended too as it has many unwanted side effects. Only real lash max is lash transplant

Thick black lashes, use oral minox or any other item that will grow ur lashes, curl them up and also dye them black. Or use mascara
