Every day or every 3 days take 90 minute baths . The temperature should be 102-106 f (110 if you can handle it) .


If you don’t filter your water Put 0.5 litre of the milk into the bath 2 tblsps of sun dried salt without caking agents in and 2 tsps to 2tblsps of raw organic apple cider vinegar that has the mother in the bottle (darker and cloudier the better) in the bath before going in. It also is good to do either way tbh.
