A big reason why my face looks deformed is cuz of lack of bonemass

I am currently 16 yo I hope to get more bonemass during puberty someone here said that if I took in a lot of carbs I might gain bonemass it sounds retarded tbh
Also I don wanna blast roids as I am too young for them

Any suggestions?

A good way to naturally get bone mass is by eating enough calcium, vitamin d3, and k2, aswell as working out

carbs spike igf 1 hormone which is responsible for bone growth via the activation of the pathways. Sugar is the strongest. Nocturnal kent has good info on this.
