judging by your username you’re from the us where there is no legal age restriction to get cosmetic surgery. You need permission from a legal guardian. I still wouldn’t recommend it doing before you’re an adult because your face still develops and it will just look weird after a few months

Germany also doesn’t have a legal age restriction but italy has and the minimum age is 18. i live in germany and I doubt any cosmetic surgeon would agree to do any surgery on you unless its a medical emergency like someone breaks your nose then they can do rhinoplasty. So unless you break your jaw nobody will do anything. Just wait till you’re an adult bro and go to turkey
