In all honestly there’s no point in gym maxinh rn might as well finish the dnp batch so I can get some pufa out of my system and be leaner and more sprightly before I start to build muscle @7zyzz7

No it is illegal but fun. Life is quite boring tbh you have to just do random shit

you can maintain your current muscle with very little stimulation it only takes one high intensity set just to maintain, walk into the gym and do one set for each muscle and you are good for like 4-5 days. i dont think you can build muscle on DNP as a natural especially if youre doing higher dose, so yeah it better to just pump as much DNP into you system to lose as much fat as possible while maintaining your current muscle mass with some stimulation sets in the gym.

i added 2 inches to my legs in 1 month by doing 1-2 sets of leg extetion and leg curl every-otherday. Pic related, is how i track my progress. Left number is the wieght in lbs and the right number is the reps. you can see on leg extension, i went from doing ~115 lbs for 15 reps to 130 lbs for 15 reps in 1 month, for leg curl i went from 130 lbs x 15 reps to almost 130 lbs x 40 reps in 1 month. When you do low volume high intensity frequent training you can gain so much size and muscle so fast, but you have to eat right and you need to set up the machines in the gym correctly and use perfect form and tempo.

unfortunately i dont know how to increase dopamine over long term, one thing that helped me was walking early in the morning when its still chilly outside (7am), another thing is changing my mindset to Joker mode and seeing the funny side.
