HOW TO GET EXPANDER

Im 15m with braces and a slightly narrow palate, i have some airway issues but i dont know if its enough to get prescribed an expander by doc.
I brought sleep apnea up to my ortho and they gave me a referall to see a doc for it.
How can I maximize my chances of getting it, is there anyway i can fraud a horrible airway.
was thinking like force forward head posture or smth.

I just said i wanted expansion and had sleep apnea which i do not, they then said we can offer you surgery because they didn’t like doing mini screen work lol
