Like O'pry have if I already have good cheekbones but not as high and Sharp.

I can't post my pics of zygos cause I am bloated af, because of bad diet, I have to first cut to 8-9%
So are there any methods
Like bottom zygos shaving+ implant at the top, modified L3, anything

the more maxillary excess you have, the liklier your cheekbones are set "higher"

Also, O.Prys cheekbones seem highset because he is recessed on top of that, his submalar region especially

i literally have 0 vertically excsses tbh And I think my zygos are low. But if high cheekbones are a result of a long midface does this mean they arent ideal?

not really

cheekbones may appear "high-set" either mostly because of the slant of the zygomaticus muscles or no slant and lack of submalar prominence
But these are not the only factors

I have a theory that chewing gives you high zygos. My face on my dominant chewing side my cheekbones are much higher and on the non dominant my cheekbones are much lower but I think in Opry's case it's just genetics from his native American side.

appreciate the reply. On a more serious note, you are really great looking. Maybe you should stop obsessing over various insignificant facial minuses, since those are effectively eclipsed by other very good traits of yours, especially the impressive bone structure.

Almost none actually are
 
If midface îs longer ,dont cheekbones seem higher?
Also ,the malar prominence couldnt be shaved?
