Like with drugs, you have to know a person who can get it for you. Colleges are the best place to find a guy who can get fake ids. If you ask around it will not take long to find it. @easternpill is right if you meet a few people and get their snap or other social media you can do the same thing, just talk to people and ask around, its easier than you might think
