-Hard mewing 24/7
-Cheewing 1 hour a day (hard gum)
-Neck training (seems to make my ramus more visible)
-Hyoid attached muscles training
-Vitamin D3 5000IU daily
-Zinc either 50mg picolinate or 6.2mg optizinc daily

I now started thumbpulling, but I can't tell yet if it's improved anything
