How to get hands on propranolol for confidencefrauding

So I am literally getting trashed by oral exams, every time I get a heartrate over 180 and get nearly every physical symptom of anxiety. I read a thread here about propranolol, but I dont want to go to a doctor for this as its really hard to get anything prescribed in germany(they told me to just use some Baldrian extract)
Does anyone know a supplier in Europe that I can use?
