How to get hollow cheeks or just get rid of puffy ass cheeks?

I am quite lean, maybe like 14 percent or so but my cheeks are so puffy it made me consider buccal removal, tbf my chin is reccessed so maybe when I get genio it will stretch it. but I wanna know others thoughts on how to get hollow cheeks

You need bones, debloating can only do so much. Zygo and gonion implants could work

Could try lipolab or LB

Any other ideas? I can't get implants cause I do MMA and get hit in face 24/7

Lemonbottle. Heard it doesn’t work very well tho so not sure about this one
