Basically if youve read the honey method thread do that but w glue instead (glue stick not super glue)
If you havent, basically just take a piece from the glue stick onto ur finger and rub it on ur upper eyelid, then squint aggresively for 10 seconds while pressing ur hooding onto ur upper eyelid, you can do it near ur medial canthus too for positive hooding, works rlly good but the downside is if u sweat it will almost all go away and if u dont it lasts for like 4 or 5 hours
Also i think it stretches ur hooding so it could have some long term (positive) hooding effects
