anything method that could put you in a coma has the same power to easily end your life or make you never the same (ie brain damage)

it would be impossible to make it precise enough, its just luck

This would not be the convenient timeskip it might sound like
You’d likely have severe permanent brain damage, all of your muscles would atrophy almost entirely, you’d probably get horrible bed sores etc
