How to get in an anabolic state to kickstart a growth spurt?

I'm 16 and had no growth spurt in my life, only gaining 1 inch many times throughout the years. Really hoping for a growth spurt this or next year, wanna know how to prepare my body for it, any tips would be appreciated!!!
