they will know if you try to chemically bloat yourself so your throat tightens up so the only way is to sleep on your back, put some pillows on your sides so you don't rotate your head cause it's easier to have an OSA episode with your face looking up, no pillow behind your head so gravity helps your jaw to press your throat, if you're recessed enough you will sleep like shit but for this situation it will be good

Do not get it the results are horrible like i would ten times better go to Giant and let him do trimax+implants this would be better than let them just expand 2-3mm only 3-4 mm of forward growth
