put down that you have done babysitting for people but say you didnt want to put their personal phone numbers on there, you can do the same for more manual jobs if that is common in your area or if you have been doing a sport/hobby for a long time you can say you took over the junior class and you dont really need to provide a phone number

find stores that closed in the past 6months-2 years in ur town and just use that as work experience say u did like two 6 month stints at diff stores

leave past employer contact blank & if they ask, say they used an automated company contact number which is no longer in use

there’s a few job that’s require almost no experience (just basic skills) if you can list shi you did in school (shi that actually matters) and try not to bs the resume or else they’ll make you back ur talk up
