I’ve been able to eat once a day most days a week for the past month due to feeling doomed

I consulted with a plastic surgeon recently and he told me I look like I need to eat Big Macs and that I’m anorexic

Truth was I have a BMI of 23 and he’s just fat

I got lean once but lots of cardio and lots of fruit probably not healthiest option

If you have a narrow frame you’ll look skinnier when lean

Do this for 2-3 months, eat whatever you want, gymcel a little if you do this and youre untrained I can almost guarantee you next to 0 bad side effect and 7-10kg fat lost if not more

live off tuna, lifting 2-3 times a week and do at least 20k steps a day

i lost 5kg of fat in 5 days on 2 days off cutting aggresively for 2 weeks. i ate abt 500g chicken breast a day and pickles and supplemented with electrolytes, also did stair master and i walk abt 20k steps a day. take 200 mg of caffeine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach then have a 200 mg pill every 3~4 hrs

i actually only ran trt during that aggresive cut, also, roids are cool if you know what ur doing, many niggas become deppressed cuz they make it too deep
