any tips to get lean?
 
That advice helped me lose 16 lbs in 2 months when I had become almost overweight from bulking too quickly:







All you need after that is a good caloric deficit by calculating your TDEE and subtracting 20% and aiming to lose 1-2 lbs per week. If obese, think 1% of your weight per week, which will be more than 2 lbs if above 200 lbs.

im not overweight im just skinny fat especially in my face but mostly because i havent been active in a while but gonna use this still to help thank you

The only way to get lean and stay lean is the carnivore diet, eat only red meat and eggs such as steaks, butter and eggs. Furthermore stop lifting man made metal in a man made room and go outside and hike in nature reserves or natural hikes in the natural beauty thats outside, this will give you sunlight and energy from the sun, additionally put down your man made slave concepts of “calories” which do not exist and eat food you were biologically supposed to eat which is red meat, eggs, organs and butter. Never eat any fruit or vegetable and never eat Carbohydrates or else you will become a slave and have a bloated face.
