How to get lean?

Any tips on how to get lean and have more angular features?

hit the gym do a push pull leg split once a week on anyday's with 1-2 rest days in between each workout day. Eat 1.6-1.8 gram's of protien per lb of bodyweight and eat in maintience calorie's. After 1 year of gymcelling your body would have turned the fat into dry muscle and thus you become leaner in term's of FFMI and you decreased fat while adding muscle to replace that void/gap missing in your body.

I gymcelled 1.5 years gained fat and muscles i have more bf than before and a proper diet is so tough knowing i have to wagecel and no enjoyment

that's something you have to sacrifice then which is pure clean eating. each week you can treat yourself with one snack or junk food of your choice

your diet is bad likely and genetics also play a role because some people can gain very little fat gymcelling even on a slight surplus or at maintence just because their fat cell's are low hunger level's

Bad genes it seems cause i cant gain muscles and i sweat like crazy so dehydration which makes skin dry and creased

Either workout till u die or if u leave then u will get back to where u are now unless u are maintaining proper diet

Just eat more protein and eat below maintenance. You can eat below maintenance with carbs too but then you’ll be skinnyfat or no muscle

It was impossible for itsOVER, too? He went from a LTN to a HTN just by losing weight.

Ironically works

It cuts down calories immediately
it does short term but as soon as u eat, you end up gaining more weight bc ur body thinks abt you starving in the future again. there has to be a healthy balance.
