Use raw eggs in your hair 2x weekly, there are testimonials and proof of several user doing this and working.

Just crack 2 eggs in a bowl and apply as a conditioner and it should work nicely.

I did this for a year, raw egg yolk and sugar scrub with coconut oil as a binder. I was growing my hair out and also had no haircuts for a year.

I would say it worked for a time, but you're scalp can get itchy af, I am assuming because of all the sweat from the gym.

One thing that people overlook @6footislaw would be to get consistent hair trimmings, split ends will make your hair look frizzy and unkept. If I got my split ends trimmed, my hair might have been better on the natural shampoo regiment.

I should add my hair is ugly rn. I don't do the natural shampoo anymore because I am using topical min and I don't want the min smell to linger.

Use Biolage shampoo and conditioner. Use texture powder, but not BASED. I use DESIGNME texture powder with some matte pomade

i use it when i shampoo which is like once a week if i use it too much then it flattens my hair
I think that the problem is not your products but the way you make your hair, do you just wash it and then dry it?

You said you have wavy hair, bro you gotta do more. Scrunching sounds copious but if you do it while its wet and then dry it that way with a towel, your hair will probably look better. Conditioner is great because it kills the frizz but you said it makes your hair flat so find the best one

Shampoo + Condition abt 2x per week

Try to use products that don't have harsh chemicals

(mfs will shit on the based products but icl it has ascended my hair quality even if its overpriced asf)

Let your hair air dry, dont towel dry, dont use any heat applicant.

Maybe something like a leave in conditioner to make hair look more hydrated
